- How do we determine who is best?
- We start by asking you to fill out a questionnaire, letting us know a little bit about your business and yourself.
- If it looks like we may be of service to you we will ask for access to your client database and perform the Onit Customer Satisfaction Survey (OCSS) on a random sampling of them.
- This evolving survey of our client companies’ customers is near the heart of our service. We are looking for the companies with the very highest levels of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the real product all of you are selling. Customer satisfaction takes real work and a willingness to take your ego out of the process. Maybe you thought that high quality work, precise application of your skills, an artistic eye or speedy service was the way to determine if you were the best. Maybe being the highest priced, the oldest established or largest makes you supreme. Some think it’s their outstanding insurance program and their carefully crafted contracts. You may be right, but you may not be right for us. You may be any one of these or all of these and still not be the highest in customer satisfaction. This survey will tell us if ONIT is right for you.
- How do we get our leads?
- Our leads come from all kinds of sources, but mainly by referral. What else? After a lead comes to us we follow-up with an in-home client consultation regarding their projects. This interview is how we determine who to recommend for the job. Like a matchmaker, we look for clues that tell us who are most likely to hit it off with the client. Our goal is to create a relationship that lasts for years and years and leads to many valuable referrals in the future.
- What is the ONIT Home Service Association?
- Membership in the Association is a privilege offered to the best of the best. As a member you become an ambassador of a group of like–minded professionals dedicated to raising the standards of the home improvement industry. You are licensed to use the “ONIT Logo” in your marketing, enjoy access to affiliate companies interested in the success of your company, and many other benefits.
